For what reason and purpose is my personal data used?
The primary reason for processing your personal data is the performance of the contract concluded with you, which includes managing your reservations and stays at our hotels, as well as compliance with legal requirements applicable to the data controller (including handling payments under the contract).
Your consent to data processing is voluntary, but necessary for concluding and performing the contract, providing the service, and fulfilling statutory obligations related to payments.
In certain cases, personal data is also processed based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, including direct marketing of products or services; or to enhance your experience during your hotel stay, during which guest satisfaction surveys may be sent; based on your consent given for specific Accor programs/projects, including cases aimed at personalizing the services and marketing content provided to you, e.g., special hotel offers.
Who can access my personal data?
Personal data may be shared with hotels operating under Accor Group brands, companies belonging to Novoop Kft. and the Accor Group, or hotel service providers. Personal data may also be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area), in which case appropriate safeguards are implemented, and the data subject whose data is transferred may request access to the data or information regarding the security measures applied to such transfers and where the data was transferred.
What if I no longer want my personal data to be processed?

How long is my personal data kept?
Data is processed for the duration of using the services provided by the Accor hotel network (including participation in any program you joined) and/or as specified by relevant legislation regarding payment and performance of services.
